Improving the skills of the UK
Working in partnership
We work closely with such partners as CBI, DIUS, LSC, LSIS (formerly CEL and QIA) and others to meet the needs of employers and business and to improve the skills of the country. The 157 Group focuses on a number of key areas, including business development, employer engagement, 14-19 development, international links, improving quality and self-regulation, with a view to effecting positive change and continual improvement.
Working together
Member colleges within the 157 Group work closely together, sharing ideas and resources to meet employer needs in the most effective way possible, and work positively with representatives of employers and business.
