Dr Lynne Sedgmore CBE, executive director of the 157 Group, said, “We offer our congratulations to all those who have been honoured for the important work they do in further education and skills, which has enormous value for individual learners, employers, the economy and society. I am particularly pleased about the recognition given to leaders and teachers at four 157 Group colleges, including two former 157 Group chairs. It is a fitting tribute for the work they do to transform the lives of thousands of learners, in their own colleges, and for their valuable contributions to the wider sector.”
