Kate Green

Director of Partnership and Employer Engagement

Kate Green is Director of Partnerships and Employer Engagement at the 157 Group. Kate takes a strategic lead on all 157 Group business partnerships and has responsibility for 157 Group bids and contracts, as well as the strategic development of 157 communication activities. Prior to joining 157, Kate worked extensively within the Further Education sector as a management consultant, supporting a wide variety of training providers across the country. She has also worked as a Research Fellow at the University of Reading where she was involved in developing and managing a variety of UK and international research and development projects.
