Gemma graduated from the University of Warwick in 2009 with a History degree and after completing two law internships, started work in the Principal's Office of a 157 Group Member college.
Gemma joined the 157 Group in May 2010 after developing a passion for the FE sector and now reports directly to the Chief Executive on all policy and communications matters for the membership.
